DELIVERY CHARGE

For deliveries in Italy the fixed charge is € 10.00; free for orders over € 80.00.

For deliveries in the European Union the fixed charge is € 10.00; free for orders over € 100.00.

For deliveries in the United Kingdom the fixed charge is € 50.00; free for orders over € 150.00.

For deliveries in Switzerland the fixed charge is € 20.00. Free for orders over € 100.00.

For deliveries in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Israel the fixed charge is € 50.00. Free for orders over € 300.00.

For deliveries in the USA the fixed charge is € 50.00. Free for orders over € 300.00.

DELIVERY TIMES

For orders placed by 18:30 hrs Monday to Thursday, we guarantee that shipments will leave on the day after the order date.

For orders placed by 18:00 hrs on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, we guarantee that shipments will leave on the Monday after the order date.

The courier usually makes delivery within 1/2 working days after the date of shipment.

Someone needs to be present at the delivery location; otherwise, the courier will make a total of 3 delivery attempts on 3 consecutive days, after which the pack will returned to the sender.
