In the case of payment by credit card we will never know about your details.
The entire payment part is processed EXTERNALLY TO SITE through the NEXY PAY system that adopts the most INNOVATIVE ANTI-FRAUD TECHNIQUES, address and credit card verification systems and the most ADVANCED TECHNIQUES OF CRYPTOGRAPHY, INCLUDING 168-bit SSL PROTOCOL.

SHIPPING COSTS

For deliveries in Italy there is a contribution of 8.00€, free for orders over 80.00€.

For deliveries in Europe there is a contribution of 10,00€, free for orders over 100.00€.

For deliveries in Switzerland there is a contribution of 20,00€, free for orders over 100.00€.

For deliveries in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Israel the contribution expenses is 50.00€. Free for orders over 300.00 euros.

For deliveries to the U.S., the cost contribution is 40.00euros. Free for orders over 300.00 euros.

Timing

For orders placed Monday through Thursday before 6:30 p.m.,we guarantee the departure of the products the next day from the order date.

For orders placed Friday, Saturday, Sunday before 6 pm, we guarantee the departure of the products on the Monday following the order date.

Usually the courier delivers in 1/2 business days from the date of shipment.

It is necessary for someone to be present at the delivery site otherwise the courier will make a total of 3 delivery attempts in 3 consecutive days, after which the package will be shipped back to the sender.

You can track the shipment of your Products by clicking the “Track my Order” link in the shipping confirmation email.

Please note that through the link you will go directly to the courier’s website on which we have no control.

WHERE WE SHIP


We ship all over Europe, Switzerland and the UK.
Shipments to Italy and Europe weighing 15 kg or less are made by UPS courier.
All purchases made on the site are accompanied by a tax receipt that declares the value by detailing the individual items in Euro or by Commercial Invoice, to be requested expressly during the order by checking the box “Do you want the invoice?” and entering all the necessary billing information.

RECEIPT OF THE GOODS

It’s recommended to carefully check the package when the goods arrive before signing the delivery.

If the package appears to be manipulated, it is mandatory to sign the receipt with reservation.

If the delivery was accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, you should report the incident immediately to the local UPS office and contact Terre del Garda at info@terredelgarda.net
Under art. 63 of the Code of Consumption, any damage to the packaging/packaging of the products must be immediately challenged by the Customer by the application of a reserve of written control on the proof of delivery.

It is understood that, once the delivery document has been signed without any objection, it is no longer possible to raise any objections with regard to the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

FAILURE TO DELIVER

We recommend the utmost precision in providing the shipping address.
If for any reason the shipment fails to be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package is likely to be sent back to the sender at the expense of the Customer.

You acknowledge that the withdrawal of the Product is your specific obligation arising from the purchase agreement.
In case of non-delivery due to absence of the recipient to the address specified in the order form, the courier will leave the recipient a notice of passage. The courier will then make a second delivery attempt, or will have to be contacted by the user to agree an alternative delivery date, depending on the instructions on the Step notice.
If this attempt is not successful or if the user does not contact the courier, the package will go “in storage” to the courier.
The courier will then communicate the stock to Terre del Garda who, will contact the user in order to provide him with all the information necessary to collect the package at the courier’s branch.
In the event that the user does not collect from the courier’s branch within 5 days of the delivery of the notice of passage, the purchase agreement will be resolved by law under the terms and effects of art. 1456 c.c. resulting in reimbursement, within 15 working days of the termination of the contract, of the Total Amount Due, deducted the failed delivery costs, the costs of storage, the costs of restitution to Terre del Garda and any other any expense in which it is run due to the non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient.
These amounts will be deducted from the eventual refund due to the Customer from Terre del garda while in the case of a return request will be demanded the same costs incurred for the first order as reimbursement of shipping costs.

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with his purchase, the unused and perfectly healthy items also in the packaging can be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt of the order.

 

Under art. 52 of the Consumer Code:

the consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.
The customer, in return, can request: change of fragrance or refund

RETURN PROCEDURE

The following rules are required to proceed with the return:

  • Products and related packaging of the products must be intact, original and properly applied.
  • The products must not have been used and/or damaged in any way.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you are required to inform Terre del Garda S.r.l. of your decision to withdraw from this contract through an explicit statement (e.g. letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail).
In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice to the following contacts:

In the case of a refund, the amount of the order alone will be credited, excluding shipping costs (if any).

Once the return request has been received, the Customer Service office of Terre del Garda S.r.l. will send the customer an email confirming and withdrawing information from the customer; withdrawal that will be arranged within 2 days. from the return authorization email.
Terre del Garda S.r.l. will take care of the booking of the collection and send the courier to the address indicated by the customer, sending the customer an email indicating the day of collection.
In any case, please return the goods or deliver them to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the day they received the order.

Products must be returned in the same condition as they were originally shipped and packaged appropriately.

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases under Article 59 of the Consumer Code:

“the supply of sealed goods that do not lend themselves to be returned for hygiene reasons or related to health protection and have been opened after delivery”

therefore Terre del Garda Srl will not accept products that are open or removed from their original packaging;

  • For orders paid by Credit Card and Paypal there will be a direct reversal. The refund is usually immediate except for the technical time of the card manager.

DEFECTIVE GOODS

In the case of the service, there is a need for a more detailed analysis of the problem.

In the case of defective goods Terre del Garda will fully refund the order and shipping costs incurred (if any).

Terre del Garda S.r.l. reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and taking charge of the shipping costs for the return of the goods to their premises.

Terre del Garda S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse unauthorized reshuffles.
